In the unlikely event that you wish to return your items, please use the following process:
Contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
- Package your items safely using the original packaging.
- Ship your items via a Signed For service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the items being shipped.
- Once we have received your items and have confirmed the condition and reason for the return, either a refund or replacement will be processed.
- Refunds via Credit Card or Debit Card normally take 7 business days to appear on your card.
- Replacements are normally posted within 3 working days from reciept of your items if in stock.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Cheaper Till Rolls can not accept any returns without a Returns Authorisation Number.
- If you item is being returned, but not as a result of a fault, you maybe liable for a 10% administration charge, this is to cover the cost of the refund charge made to us by our Credit Card processing company.
- Any replacement product maybe a reconditioned or refurbished unit, however, your product will maintain the balance of your original warranty.
- Cheaper Till Rolls is not responsible for your items reaching us in the condition they were sent, in the event that your items become damaged or lost during transit to Cheaper Till Rolls, you will need to contact your courier / postal service and claim adequate compensation.
